THE A27 has been closed in both directions following a serious crash involving three cars.
Police are appealing for witnesses after the crash on the A27 between Beddingham and Polegate shortly before 2.40pm on Friday, October 22.
The road has been closed in both directions while officers respond to the incident.

Emergency services have also been called to the scene, which involved three cars.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area and find alternative routes.
The road closures are expected to remain in place into Friday evening while the collision is investigated.
