A WOMAN who used a disabled badge to unlawfully park in the city centre has been fined more than £400.
Victoria Peaster used the blue badge, given to people who are chronically sick or disabled people, to park in King Place, Brighton in April.
The 47-year-old was found guilty at Brighton Magistrates’ Court of unlawfully using a disabled person’s badge in relation to the parking of a vehicle.
Peaster, of Lenham Avenue, Saltdean, was fined £440 on October 1 and ordered to pay costs of £400.
