ACTOR Steve Coogan has been spotted dressed as notorious paedophile Jimmy Savile on the set of a new BBC drama.
Steve, formerly of Brighton, was seen wearing a blonde wig and a suit while preparing to film a scene.
Film crews have been photographed in Llandudno Promenade in Wales for the filming of the upcoming drama The Reckoning.

The controversial BBC series traces the life of predatory sex offender Jimmy Savile from his early career in dance halls through to his presenting career with the BBC.
The programme will also look at how Savile's sexual abuse of children was kept under wraps until after his death in 2011.
Paul Jones, who was passing by the filming of the show on Wednesday, said he initially thought it was "a Jimmy Savile lookalike", before realising it was Steve Coogan in character.
"I headed over to see what was going on because I could see people gathering round watching something,” Paul said. "That's when I saw Steve Coogan coming out of a caravan dressed as Jimmy Savile.
"They were preparing to rehearse, and everything was being set up.
"They had large tarpaulin sheets to prevent people filming but I managed to get some pictures before the crowds were moved on by the crew."
Savile rose to fame in the 1970s after appearing as a presenter on BBC children's programme Jim'll Fix It, which ran for almost two decades.
Inquiries after his death found he had abused at least 72 children, some as young as eight, over four decades.
Filming on Rhos-On-Sea beach, Steve was recently seen acting in a scene with a young girl dressed in a school uniform, engaging in a tussle.
The actor previously said: "To play Jimmy Savile was not a decision I took lightly. Neil McKay has written an intelligent script tackling sensitively an horrific story which - however harrowing - needs to be told."
