THIS year’s pantomime in Worthing has been announced – with a star-studded cast.
Beauty and the Beast: The Pantomime is set to begin on Friday, November 26 at the Pavilion Theatre on Marine Parade.
The show will run until Sunday, January 2, 2022.
Following the 2019 production of Cinderella and 2020’s The Night Before Christmas, Worthing Museums and Theatres and Paul Holman Associates have once again teamed up for the 2021 show.
Featuring in this year’s panto is Strictly Come Dancing star Robin Windsor as Gaston and Emmerdale actress Sapphire Elia as Belle.
Britain’s Got Talent winner Jai McDowall will be starring as the Beast.
The trio will be joined by comedian and panto veteran Andre Vincent in the role of Dame Cherie Trifle, as well as Ross Muir as Professor Crackpot.
Beauty and the Beast also sees the return of Cinderella favourite Katie Pritchard in the role of Crepe Suzette, joined by on-stage twin Josh Haberfield as Philippe Philoppe.
Pinocchio’s Dani Hardy returns to the Pavilion Theatre as the Enchantress.
The show offers spellbinding scenery, glittering costumes and dazzling special effects - combined with plenty of traditional pantomime antics and audience participation.
Tickets are available from £10.
