A REALITY TV star claims she had her phone stolen by motorbike thieves while on her way to a West End show.

Love Island's Lucinda Strafford said she was on her way to see Frozen the Musical when she was targeted by a man in a balaclava.

The glamorous 22-year-old took to social media to share the news of the alleged robbery near a theatre in London's Covent Garden.

Lucinda, from Ditchling, warned people to "hold your phones extra tight" following the incident on Wednesday evening.

Writing on Instagram, Lucinda said: “Not every day you walk to see Frozen the Musical and your phone gets snatched out of your hand by someone wearing a balaclava on a motorbike.

“So awful there’s people out there like that. Make sure you hold your phones extra tight.”

Lucinda rose to fame earlier this year after appearing on the seventh series of popular dating show Love Island.

She recently sparked rumours that she has rekindled her romance with Brighton and Hove Albion footballer Aaron Connolly.

The pair celebrated Halloween together dressed as publishing tycoon Hugh Hefner and a Playboy Bunnies.

This week, Lucinda posted photographs on Instagram at various sites around the capital.

She was seen at various sites including shopping in New Bond Street, Mayfair, and eating at Italian restaurant Giannino.

After posting about her experience, Lucinda shared a photograph of a cuddly toy of Olaf the Snowman saying that it "cheered me up".

Lucinda, who attended Downlands Community School in Hassocks, added: “For people asking, I didn’t get my phone back.”

Earlier this summer, Lucinda was dumped from popular ITV2 show Love Island in a shock twist.

After finishing bottom of a public vote, Lucinda and her then partner Aaron Francis were told they were leaving the villa in Mallorca immediately.

Soon after leaving, Lucinda, confirmed her short-lived romance was over and was spotted on a night out in Brighton with her first love interest Brad McCelland.

She had originally been in a couple with Brad on the show before he decided to leave the villa instead of her after they were voted the programme’s least compatible couple.

It is now known if she reported the alleged theft of her phone to the police.

Frozen the Musical is on show at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane in Covent Garden, London.

The show features songs from the original Disney movie, as well as new songs by Grammy and Academy Award-winning writers Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez.

The cast includes Samantha Barks as Elsa and Stephanie McKeon as Anna, as well as Obioma Ugoala (Kristoff), Craig Gallivan (Olaf), Oliver Ormson (Hans) and Richard Frame (Weselton).
