THE DUCHESS of Sussex has revealed what her children dressed as for Halloween during a TV interview with talk show host Ellen DeGeneres.

Meghan Markle’s appearance on The Ellen Show comes eight months after her bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey, alongside Prince Harry.

During the Oprah interview, Prince Harry and Meghan accused a member of the royal family of racism and said the institution of the monarchy failed to support the Duchess when she had suicidal thoughts.

On The Ellen Show, the Duchess spoke about the difficulties of having two children and shared intimate details about Archie and Lilibet.

She said Archie “loves being a big brother” and after sharing a picture of the two-year-old feeding chickens at their home in California, Meghan said he also “loves to dance”.

Meghan also revealed that he dressed as a dinosaur for Halloween, while Lili was a “little skunk like Flower from Bambi”.

“Archie was a dinosaur for maybe five minutes. Not even five minutes,” she said.

Ellen told how Harry persuaded Archie to put his dinosaur costume on, saying: “Finally, Harry talked him into putting the head on. But Lili was a skunk… it was so cute.”

The Duchess also revealed how she and Prince Harry once went to a post-apocalypse themed Halloween party disguised in costumes when they were dating to have “one final night on the town” before it was revealed they were a couple.

They were joined by Prince Harry’s cousin, Princess Eugenie, and her now husband Jack Brooksbank who were visiting them in Toronto, Canada.

“We had all this very bizarre costuming on and we were able to just sort of have one, final, fun night out,” she said.

Meghan And Prince Harry have until now remained private about Lili, who was born in June and was named Lilibet after the royal family’s nickname for the Queen.

The couple are yet to share a photo publicly of their daughter.

The Duchess told Ellen that “someone told H [Harry] and I that when you have one kid it’s a hobby, and two children is parenting”.

“Suddenly we realised, ‘oh right’, everyone talks about what it’s like for the second child, but no-one talks about the adjustment for the first child when the second one comes along,” she said.

“I think they have that moment of, ‘oh, this is fun, oh, this is how it is now’.”

Meghan also spoke of how Prince Harry “loves” the weather and lifestyle in California and revealed she will be doing the cooking on Thanksgiving.

Meghan also talked about how Lili was teething, saying: “Anything to relieve that?”, before DeGeneres jokingly suggested tequila.

Meghan replied: “That’s Auntie Ellen for you.”
