A YOUNG woman was grabbed and sexually assaulted by a man in a town centre.
The 19-year-old was walking along West Street, Bognor, close to Market Street and Waterloo Square, when she was attacked by a man near the sunken gardens.
He grabbed her twice and assaulted her, but she struggled free and ran off.
Sussex Police are now asking for anyone with any information to come forward.
The man is white, in his thirties and skinny with a dark slicked back hair, a beard and moustache, and a possible lip piercing.

He was wearing a black hoody and black trainers and spoke with an Eastern European accent.
Detective Constable Jill Stevens from Sussex Plice said; "This was a very concerning although isolated incident.
“If you saw anything of what happened or if you have any other information, please get in touch with us either online or by calling 101, quoting serial 151 of 17/11."
