A FERRARI driver has been fined and given five points after he was caught speeding on a seafront road.
Jamie Thorpe was clocked doing over 30mph on the A259 Kingsway, Hove, at the junction with Hove Street, on December 28, last year.
Brighton Magistrates' Court found the case against Thorpe, of Portland Street, Brighton, proved.
The 38-year-old Ferrari driver was fined £440 and given five points on his licence. He must also pay £134 costs.
