The 25-year-old was fined £150 for dropping a cigarette butt on a street
A WOMAN must pay out £384 after dropping a cigarette butt in the street.
Larna Black, from Tern Crescent, Chichester, was caught in East Street in Chichester on October 16 last year.

The 25-year-old was found guilty by Brighton Magistrates' Court and fined £150 for littering.
She was also ordered to pay £200 costs and a victim surcharge of £34.
