A MAN has been found guilty of stealing two bicycles belonging to a council.
Alan Fiveash, 53, of Lyndhurst Road, Worthing, stole the two cycles owned by West Sussex County Council in Worthing on December 20 last year.
He denied the charge but was found guilty by Crawley magistrates who fined him £180 and ordered him to pay £720 costs and a £34 surcharge.
