A MAN has been fined and given three points on his licence for speeding in a BMW on the M23.
Nigel Yorke was clocked at more than 70mph on the M23 at junction 10 near Crawley on April 14.
The 60-year-old, of Holden Close, Birmingham, admitted the offence.
Brighton magistrates fined him £66 and added three points to his licence.
He was also ordered to pays costs of £90 and a £34 surcharge.
