THE NEW series of The Grand Tour is set to be released – including scenes shot at Beachy Head.
Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond were spotted filming in Eastbourne earlier this year.
The stars of Amazon Prime’s flagship motoring show were pictured at Beachy Head in April, along with film crews, a helicopter and several cars.
Jeremy and Richard were pictured in a Citroen CM, while James was seen in a Bright orange puffer jacket, watching on.
The filming was believed to have been part of season four of The Grand Tour, which is set to be released on Friday, December 17.
The special, titled Carnage A Trois, is the fourth episode of the most recent series.
The first episode called Seamen was set on the Mekong Delta in Cambodia and Vietnam. It saw the trio trade four wheels in favour of boats while exploring the river.
The second, A Massive Hunt, was set in Réunion and Madagascar.
Released in December last year, the special saw the three journey through Madagascar in search of buried treasure.
The search took them to Réunion Island and were challenged to modify their cars and travel across Madagascar.
The third was called Lochdown and was filmed in Scotland.
The crew were scheduled to film in Russia in March last year, but that was scrapped as a result of the Covid pandemic.
The news was confirmed during a live Q and A between producer Andy Wilman and Jeremy on DriveTribe’s YouTube channel.
"There is good news as we are in the final strokes of Madagascar so we can give it to Amazon in two to three weeks," said Mr Wilman.
Jeremy added: "Give it to Amazon in three weeks, so if you want to know when the next instalment of The Grand Tour is coming up, ask Amazon, not us."
Jeremy, Richard and James famously split from the BBC in 2015, after the broadcaster chose not to renew Jeremy's contract.
It followed what they called an "unprovoked physical attack" on a Top Gear producer.
The Grand Tour Presents: Carnage A Trois will be available on Amazon Prime Video at midnight.
