A RESTAURANT is offering free food to the homeless on Christmas Day.
A Taste Of Sahara, in Western Road, Brighton, has partnered with the Brighton and Hove Muslim Forum to give free Christmas dinners to a select number of homeless people in the city.
Guests will receive a free silver service Christmas lunch "Sahra Style," as part of annual scheme.
Sabri Ben Ameur, the owner of the Sahara Restaurant said: “Christmas is one of our busiest times for us, but it makes me think about those who are homeless and alone.
"So again this year all of our staff decided to give our time on Christmas day and open the restaurant for the homeless.
"Our guests will receive a lovely Christmas lunch 'Sahra Style' with silver service, all for free.
"Nobody should be alone, unappreciated and we must look out for each other regardless of race, belief and culture.”
