A MAN has been fined and given seven points on his licence after admitting failing to stop after a road accident.
James Martin was driving an Audi in York Road, Hove on April 3 last year when the incident involving a Mercedes, a Mazda and a Volkswagen Passat occurred.
The 35-year-old of Riverbank, Shoreham was fined £266 by Brighton Magistrates’ Court in December and given seven points on his driving licence.
Martin was also banned from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months. He was also ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £110 costs.
