A POPULAR diner chain has announced its new plant-based menu for veganuary.
This January, Ed’s Easy Diner in Brighton is getting a makeover as Rebel Vegan brings diners a brand-new, limited-edition vegan menu.
The Rebel Vegan menu is packed with a variety of options from burgers to hot dogs.
Customers can opt for the Nashville Hot ChiQin Burger, £8.99 which is a Quorn buttermilk burger with Frank’s Red Hot sauce, vegan mayo and lettuce on a craft bun, topped with Applewood vegan "cheese" sauce, a kick of Carolina Reaper sauce, onion rings and crushed chilli flakes.
The menu also has simple options such as the BBQ ChiQin and Cheese Burger, costing £8.49, with "cheese", BBQ sauces and battered onion rings.
Alternatively, the La Habana Burger for £9.45 is made up of a Beyond Burger patty coated in mango habanero sauce with burger sauce, onions, gherkins, Applewood "cheese" sauce, jalapeños, a kick of Carolina Reaper sauce and fresh salsa.
For a hot dog option the Moving Mountains Spicy BBQ Dog is £9.49 and is topped with BBQ sauce and Carolina Reaper sauce, jalapeños, pickled pink onions and crushed chilli flakes.
With loaded fries and a wide range of Vegan Milkshakes – such as peanut butter and Lotus biscuit - also on the menu, there is a lot to choose from.
The Rebel Vegan Take Over Menu is available at Ed’s Easy Diner Brighton from January 1 to 31.
Additionally, Rebel Vegan is available for delivery via Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats within a 1.5-mile local radius of BN1.
