Brighton man fined for receiving stolen vehicle worth £6,000
A MAN has been fined for receiving a stolen vehicle worth £6,000.
Matthew White has been ordered to pay a total of £837 by Brighton magistrates after receiving a stolen vehicle in Brighton on December 11, 2020.
The 27-year-old denied the charge of receiving stolen goods but was found guilty at a trial.
White, of Torcross Close, Brighton, was fined £242 and must complete a rehabilitation programme.
He will also have to pay £500 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and £95 to fund victim services.
