THERE has been a crash involving a car and a motorcycle which has caused a road to be blocked.

The incident happened just after 6am on the Northbound A24 and is causing delays of over 30 minutes.

Emergency services are at the scene near Worthing. The incident was between the Washington roundabout A283 and London Road as well as Hole Street.

There is currently three miles of traffic, with cars said to be diverting up the A283 towards both Pulborough and Steyning.

Traffic is also stretching back to Windlesham School 

Sussex Police has been contacted for comment.
