A MAN has been fined and given three points for speeding in his Ferrari on the M23.
Neil Barber has been ordered to pay a total of £100 by Brighton magistrates after he was caught doing more than 70mph on the motorway near Tilgate Forest, Crawley, on May 28 last year.

The 56-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.
Barber, of Chequers Hill, Flamstead, Hertfordshire, was fined £31 and given three points on his licence.
He will also have to pay £69 in court costs.
