A HOLLYWOOD star is among those set to take to the stage.

Sussex is set to play host to an array of musical talent, comedy stars and even a man with a spot on the Hollywood walk of fame in the next seven days.

Bess Atwell

The Brighton-born singer is set to take to the stage at the Marine Parade venue.

Her first album ‘Hold Your Mind’ was released later in 2016.

Van Morrison

The Argus: Van Morrison

Brighton Dome (Thursday, January 27, 7.30pm)

The 76-year-old Grammy Award winner has a stream of hits behind him such as Brown Eyed Girl, Moondance, Jackie Wilson Said, Have I Told You Lately and Gloria.

In 2016, he was even knighted for services to the music industry.

Kiefer Sutherland

The Argus: Kiefer Sutherland

Chalk, Brighton (Friday, January 28, 7pm)

The British-Canadian actor, director, producer and singer is best known for his role as Jack Bauer in the Fox drama series 24.

He won an Emmy Award, a Golden Globe Award, two Screen Actors Guild Awards and two Satellite Awards for the role.

He is due to take to the stage at Chalk later this week.

Komedia Comedy Club

Komedia Brighton (Saturday, January 29, 8pm)

The venue has teamed up with independent comedy promoters Little Wander, with their new-look comedy nights underway.

The newly named Komedia Comedy Club, previously of Krater Comedy Club, will now be hosted by “a range of seasoned MCs”.
