A MAN who was abusive to someone at a railway station has been fined.
Finley Trigwell, 21, from Russell Way in Crawley, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person at Three Bridges railway station on April 16 last year, which caused them to be alarmed and distressed.
Trigwell, who pleaded guilty, was discharged conditionally by Crawley Magistrates' Court on January 10 and must pay £107.
This included £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £22 surcharge to fund victim services.
A collection order was made for the money, with the court intending to apply for deductions from benefit payments.
His fine must be paid by February 28.
