A MAN was fined over £600 for failing to give information allowing police to identify the driver after an alleged driving offence.
Stephen Alfred Brooker, from Bookers Close in Bognor, was fined £660 and given six points on his licence for the offence, which happened on July 28, 2021.
The 54-year-old failed to give Sussex Police information allowing officers to identify the driver of an Audi that was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Shoreham.
Brooker was sentenced at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on January 7 this year and was ordered to pay the fine by January 28.
