KATIE Price has avoided jail again after striking a last-minute deal to pay off her debts.

The Brighton-born former glamour model was due to appear at High Court for the latest hearing in her ongoing bankruptcy ordeal.

The 43-year-old was reportedly scheduled to explain to a judge her attempts to pay back £3.2 million she owed after being declared bankrupt in 2019.

But the hearing was postponed for a second time after she agreed to pay back a “small contribution” to reduce her debt, as well as a new payment plan, according to The Sun.

“It was all very last minute, but she wanted to avoid court. Katie does want to pay back the money, but it’s been slow progress,” a source told the publication.

The reality star risked being sent to prison for contempt of court if she failed to appear at the hearing - which was due to be held remotely - without notifying the judge.

It is believed that Katie’s bankruptcy trustees were keen to find out how much she has been paid for recent work, including her Channel 4 series Mucky Mansion, which sees her renovate her home in Horsham.

Katie reportedly agreed to pay creditors £12,000 a month but allegedly failed to keep up with payments.

It’s said that Katie’s case will be reviewed in eight weeks’ time.

She previously was handed a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for a year, after drunkenly crashing her BMW X5 in Partridge Green.

Earlier this week, the mother-of-five slashed the price of her OnlyFans content after less than a month.

She told her subscribers on adult content site – who pay a monthly fee of £11 - that she will not be sharing new material until she has recovered from a recent eye and brow lift.

Since then, she has announced a 50 per cent off sale for those signing up to her OnlyFans.

She launched her page on OnlyFans on January 26.

Last month, she was also spotted at a fertility clinic with her fiancé Carl Woods.
