DRIVERS are stuck in long tailbacks following an accident on a major road.
Three vehicles were involved in a collision on the A283 Steyning Road shortly before 6pm.
Traffic is affected in both directions from the A2037 Shoreham Road, to A27 Shoreham Bypass.
An AA traffic update said: “Reports of slow traffic due to crash, three vehicles involved on A283 Steyning Road both ways from A2037 Shoreham Road to A27 Shoreham By-Pass (Steyning turn off).”
