A 19-YEAR-OLD has been fined and given six points for driving on the A23 without insurance.
Jakub Budzianowski has been ordered to pay a total of £344 by Crawley magistrates after being caught driving his Toyota in Handcross without third party insurance on May 17, 2021.
The 19-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.
Budzianowski, of Bracknell, Berkshire, was fined £200 and given six points on his licence.
He will also have to pay £110 in court costs and a surcharge of £34 to fund victim services.
