A MAN has been fined and given four points for speeding on the M23.

Benjamin-Catalin-Alin Borze has been ordered to pay a total of £451 by Crawley magistrates after he was caught driving his Ford above 70mph between junction J10A and J11 near Tilgate Forest on June 6, 2021.

The 24-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.

Borze, of Burns Avenue, Southall, was fined £307 and given four points on his licence.

He will also have to pay £110 in court costs and a surcharge of £34 to fund victim services.
