A JAGUAR driver has been fined and given three points on his licence after he was caught speeding at more than 70mph.

Nicholas Illes, of Sandygate Lane, Horsham, was clocked at Marley Head in Devon on May 14 last year.

The 52-year-old pleaded guilty at Bodmin Magistrates’ Court on Monday.

Illes was fined £57 and given three points on his licence.

He has also been ordered to pay a surcharge of £34 and costs of £90.
