ARMED police responded to an incident at a block of flats.
Emergency services were called to the incident in Norway Road, Eastbourne, at about 1pm on Saturday, February 19.
Pictures from the scene show multiple police vehicles and armed police outside the block of flats.
The images show police officers putting on armour and carrying shields.
A police dog and handler were also seen at the scene.
The circumstances of the incident are not yet known.
Sussex Police have been contacted for comment.
