A MAN has been fined and given points on his licence for using a mobile phone while driving on a major road.
Ian Kean, of Alfriston Close, Bognor, was driving a Citroen along the A259 on June 10 last year, while using a mobile phone.
The 65-year-old pleaded guilty at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Friday.

Kean was fined £40, ordered to pay costs of £90 and a surcharge of £34.
His driving licence has also been endorsed with six points.
