A DRIVER has been fined more than £400, and given points on his licence, for exceeding a speed restriction on a motorway.
Kevin Dolling, of Bramley Gardens, Emsworth, was clocked going at more than 50mph in a speed restricted area of the M6 in June 2021.
The case was proved at Preston Magistrates Courts on January 11.
The 44-year-old was fined £440, ordered to pay a surcharge of £44 and costs of £90.
Dolling was also given four points on his driving licence.
