COLOURFUL flower pots have been installed in the city centre as part of an art trail.

The set of flower pots in North Street, Brighton, are part of an art trail project by Brilliant Brighton.

The Enliven Brighton Art Trail sees artists from the ABCD Cultural Recovery Plan team up with businesses within the Business Improvement District to showcase a colourful art trail.

As well as vibrant flower pots, the trail also includes art on walls, bus stops, lampposts and street furniture throughout Brighton – all curated by Brighton artist Richard Wolfströme.

The flower pots have been designed by local illustrator and hand-lettering artist Kate Forrester.

Having graduated Brighton University in 2005, Kate has since developed her distinct style and is known for vibrant illustrations.

The project is being supported by Brighton and Hove City Council’s Welcome Back fund.
