TOILETS at a popular seaside restaurant have been dubbed the “coolest in the UK” after going viral on TikTok.

Abi Hindle, 26, was having a meal at Perch in the Park in Eastbourne when she went for a quick toilet break, she found a unique feature in the loos which prompted her to post the experience online.

Inside the cubicle is a large red button with a sign that says “Push it…What’s the worst that can happen?”

The video posted to TikTok shows Abi looking cautious before pressing the button.

It goes momentarily dark before disco lights fill the room and Staying Alive by the Bee Gees, Abi then begins dancing.

The video has now gone viral on the social media platform with over three million views and 800k likes.

Abi even returned a few days later to have another mini dance party.

After receiving hundreds of comments, she made another jokingly saying she is petitioning for it to be a new requirement for all public bathrooms, and even set up a Spotify playlist for such an event.

Managing director of The Perch, Alex Coombes told The Mail that the installation of the lights and sound system to the two unisex loos cost around £700 but was “worth every penny”.

It is not the first time the toilets have gained attention on the app, with several other users posting their own dance parties, many calling them the “coolest toilets in the UK”.
