AS HOUSE prices across the country continue to soar, we explore the cheapest properties on the market in Brighton and Hove.

The city had a 7.9 per cent increase in its average property price between December 2020 and December 2021.

Homes in Brighton and Hove now cost an average of £415,046, far above England’s rate of £293,339.

We found the cheapest properties available in the area, excluding cash buying, auctions, and houseboats in Brighton Marina.
