Peacehaven man has been fined for driving a car with a crack in the windscreen
A MAN has been fined for driving a car with a cracked windscreen.
Damian Watts, of The Promenade, Peacehaven, was driving a Peugeot on the M11 when he was seen to have a large crack in the windscreen, obscuring his view of the road.
The 33-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Friday, February 25.
Watts was fined £40, ordered to pay a surcharge of £34 and costs of £90.
