A MAN was fined £660 and ordered to pay costs of £90 after failing to give information relating to the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been involved in an offence in Shoreham last year.
Norbert Maciej Lytka, 35, of Mayfield Close, Pagham, was banned from driving for six months following the offence on July 14 last year.
His case was heard under the single justice procedure at Brighton Magistrates Court.
