A MAN was ordered to pay more than £800 after failing to provide information relating to the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
James Ferrett, 29, of Bramber Road, Chichester, was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £90.
He was disqualified from driving for six months and his driving licence endorsed with six penalty points following the offence in Shoreham last May.
His case was heard under the single justice procedure at Brighton Magistrates Court on March 4.
