A MAN was ordered to pay more than £800 after failing to provide information relating to the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

James Ferrett, 29, of Bramber Road, Chichester, was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £90.

He was disqualified from driving for six months and his driving licence endorsed with six penalty points following the offence in Shoreham last May.
