THREE key Liverpool appear to have missed training ahead of their clash with Albion.

Liverpool have released a series of photos from Thursday’s training session at the AXA Training Centre.

However, Virgil Van Dijk, Thiago Alcantara and Ibrahima Konate were not among the players pictured at training.

Brighton and Hove Albion are due to face Jurgen Klopp’s side at 12.30pm on Saturday.

Graham Potter’s side are without a win in four league matches, with their last victory coming against Watford a month ago.

Albion have also only scored one goal in their last four matches.

Liverpool will be hoping to close the gap on Premier League leaders Manchester City to three points with a win at the Amex stadium on Saturday.

Adam Webster is the only Albion player unavailable for this weekends fixture.

The centre back has missed Brighton’s last three matches against Burnley, Aston Villa and Newcastle.

Enock Mwepu is back in contention, although Potter said they will have to “look at his minutes and time on the pitch” as he returns from injury and illness after two months out.

Albion's head coach also confirmed that Adam Lallana was back in the frame for Albion having returned to training last week.

Lallana last played against Burnley on February 19, while Enock Mwepu last featured against West Brom in the FA Cup on January 8.

Potter said last week that Webster would be an “outside chance” for the Tottenham match on Wednesday.

However, he will most likely be back for Brighton's match at home to Norwich on Saturday, April 2 after the international break.
