A DRIVER has been fined and given three points after they were caught speeding on a busy road.
Will Brooks of Court Road, Lewes, was clocked at over 30 miles per hour on the A270 Lewes Road, Brighton on June 3 last year.
The case was proved at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on February 24.
The 33-year-old was fined £220, ordered to pay a surcharge of £34 and costs of £90.
Brooks was also given three points on his driving licence.
