A MAN has been fined and given three points for speeding on the A270.
Peter Robinson has been ordered to pay a total of £344 by Brighton magistrates after being caught driving above 30mph on Lewes Road in Brighton, near the junction with Coldean Lane, on July 15 last year.
Brighton magistrates found the case proved and fined the 61-year-old £220 with three points on his licence.
Robinson, of Elms Avenue, Eastbourne, will also have to pay £90 in court costs and a surcharge of £34 to fund victim services.
