A MAN has been banned from driving for failing to provide information to police to identify the driver of a vehicle after an alleged driving offence.
Jason Flynn has been ordered to pay a total of £816 by Brighton magistrates following the offence in Shoreham on May 20, 2021.
The 49-year-old was disqualified from holding a driving licence for six months due to repeat offending.
Flynn, of Iverson Road, Camden, was fined £660.
He will also have to pay £66 to fund victim services and £90 in court costs.
