THREE key Tottenham Hotspur players are set to miss their clash with Albion.

Brighton and Hove Albion face Spurs at the Amex stadium at 7.30pm on Wednesday, March 16.

Ahead of the match, Tottenham manager Antonio Conte confirmed that Oliver Skipp, Japhet Tanganga and Ryan Sessegnon will be unavailable.

Skipp and Tanganga have missed several weeks of action due to groin and knee injuries respectively.

Meanwhile, Sessegnon picked up a muscular problem in Spurs’ 5-0 victory over Everton.

When asked about team news in a pre-match press conference, Conte said: “No, no news. The same players available for the game against Brighton as for [Manchester] United.”

Discussing the ongoing injury concerns with Skipp, Conte said: “This is the first time I have had a situation where I don't know.

“He's a player we need, but at this moment no one tried to tell me the moment he is ready. Also for the players, they are really frustrated, he is young and a really good guy."

Tottenham currently sit in eighth place in the Premier League table – a total of 12 points ahead of Albion.

Graham Potter’s side are without a win in more than a month.

Albion’s previous match saw a dominant Liverpool side win 2-0 at the Amex. After Spurs, they next face Norwich City on April 2.

Adam Lallana, who was forced off against Liverpool with a hamstring injury, will miss out against Tottenham.

Adam Webster has been absent since picking up a groin strain before the Burnley match and will miss the match as he continues his recovery.

Potter could look to bring Mwepu into the starting line-up after he returned to the first-team squad against Liverpool.
