A MAN has been fined and given points on his licence for using a mobile phone while driving.
Gerald East, of Heathcotes, Crawley, was driving along Roehampton Lane, London, on July 12, while using his mobile phone.
The case was proved by Bromley Magistrates on Tuesday, March 8.
James, 67, was fined £220, ordered to pay a surcharge of £34 and costs of £100.
His driving licence has also been endorsed with six points.
