AN EXPECTED boom in holiday bookings is leading to a big rise in employment.

Classic Collection Holidays, based in Worthing, is preparing for a surge of bookings as all of Britain’s travel restrictions were eased last Friday.

The travel company is seeking to employ 30 more staff as the government announced passenger locator forms and testing requirements for unvaccinated people are dropped.

Rachel Shaw, head of HR at Classic Collection Holidays, said: “The travel market has rebounded following the pandemic, with many UK holidaymakers looking forward to getting away. We have big ambitions to grow our business, and this is the biggest recruitment campaign we have ever launched.”

The company has won many awards and hope to continue doing so.

“We have an enviable past, and an even more exciting future,” said Rachel.

“Right now, we are embarking on a period of exciting growth to become the UK’s leading business to business supplier of personalised luxury holidays.
