Man fined for dropping litter in Jew Street, Brighton
A MAN has been fined for dropping a cigarette in the street.
Ashley Lemay has been ordered to pay a total of £259 by Brighton magistrates for littering in Jew Street, Brighton, on September 15 last year.
He was found guilty in his absence at court and fined £50.
Lemay, of Hove Park Villas, Hove, will also have to pay £50 in court costs and a surcharge of £34 to fund victim services.
