A man has been fan fined for littering in Grand Parade
A MAN has been fined for littering.
Ionel Baldovin has been ordered to pay a total of £259 for dropping a cigarette in Grand Parade, Brighton, on September 21 last year.
Brighton magistrates found him guilty in his absence and fined him £50.
Baldovin, of Wickhurst Road, Portslade, will also have to pay £175 in court costs and a surcharge of £34 to fund victim services.
