RESULTS released this week have revealed that a house builder has been awarded a five star rating for a sixth year.

The Home Builders Federation (HBF) has awarded Bellway, which is responsible for several new developments in Sussex, a five star rating in customer satisfaction.

The housebuilder achieved a score of over 90 per cent which signifies that more than nine in ten of its customers would recommend the developer to a friend.

The accolade of HBF Five Star Rating is given to companies who achieve a 90 per cent or higher rating in the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. 

Chris Macauley, who has recently moved into a Bellway home at the Amblehurst Green development in Billingshurst, is one of the hundreds who have enjoyed a positive customer experience with the housebuilder in the past year.

He said: “After viewing many other developments, this one stood out to me the most. All the homes here are well spaced out from each other and our home is situated at the edge of the development.”
