A man being led out of Durrington Station by police and arrested for common assault
A MAN was arrested for assault and two teenagers were detained for their safety at a railway station.
Police were called to Durrington Station at about 9pm on Tuesday, March 29.
Upon arrival, a man was arrested on suspicion of common assault and was taken into custody, where he remains.
Two boys were also detained for their safety by officers until their parents arrived at the scene, police said.
Pictures from the scene show numerous police officers and vehicles outside the railway station.
The images also showed a man being led out of the station by officers.
