A bus crashed off the road after collision with car between Lewes and Newhaven
A BUS has crashed off the road after a collision with a car.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the crash in Piddinghoe Road, between Newhaven and Lewes, at 6.30am on Tuesday, April 5.
The road was blocked following the crash.
Pictures from the scene show a bus having crashed off the road and a black car severely damaged.
AA Traffic News reported that a bus and a car had collided, leading to queuing traffic in both directions.
Sussex Police have been contacted for comment.
