A MAN and woman have pleaded guilty to robbery in Regency Square, Brighton, on January 27, 2021.
Karl Akehurst, 32, of Montpelier Street, Brighton, was due to stand trial but pleaded guilty to robbery at Hove Crown Court on April 5. The court was told that his co-defendant, Danielle Saunders, 33, of Bolney Road, Brighton, pleaded guilty to the same charge at a hearing in October.
They will be sentenced on May 13.
