THE JURY in a “complex” historic child sex abuse case has failed to deliver a verdict after deliberating the case for more than 10 hours.
Roger Robinson, 69, of Beachy Road, Crawley, is accused of raping a “five or six year old” girl.
He is facing 15 counts of rape and four counts of indecent assault.
He denies all charges.
The trial, before Her Honour Judge Shani Barnes at Hove Crown Court, continues.
