A 26-YEAR-OLD woman has been ordered to pay more than £800 after failing to provide information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

Melissa Finnerty, of St Aubyns, Hove, was fined £660, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £90.

She was also disqualified from driving for six months following the offence in Shoreham last August.

The disqualification was obligatory due to repeat offending.

Her case was heard under the Single Justice Procedure by Brighton magistrates on April 7.

An offence of speeding on the A23 in July was dismissed at an earlier hearing.
